  Senior discounts would be nice. Most senior citizens are on a fixed budget that never increases enough to cover the increase in prices as they continue to go up and up. Your customer service is excellent, however.

  It's been a few weeks since we had Ott Plumbing come out. They did a great job, and we're able to react and send a plumber out to the house the SAME day I called, to address our emergency. Great work, great customer service, and fair price.

  Our gas water heater needed to be replaced. My husband checked around on prices and availability and Ott was reasonable on pricing and timeframe. Julian and his helper were professional, on time, and got the job done quickly. Very pleased with our service and will call them again if we need a plumber.
