  Jordan and Noah have visited my home Twice for different Plumbing repairs may home was built in 1972 and the plumbing is old. Those two gentlemen resolved both issues in an hour or so. Culpepper people are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you have a plumbing problem large or small, don't waste time calling anyone else.   Culpepper Plumbing went beyond the call of duty to repair my broken water line during the freeze. Because of the high volume of work orders, they said they will invoice me later. I highly recommend them under any circumstances!!!

  As a small business, we have used Culpepper Plumbing for several years. They do not communicate that the work order request was received nor do they tell you when its completed. I even have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive an invoice. You would think after several years of requests to get status updates on work orders and invoices, they would catch on... not the case. The final straw was billing me for work they could not complete. I was billed $119 for something that wasn't fixed when they walked out the door. (I'm not sure they even showed up) I have no complaint with their pricing if the work has been completed. If you are a home owner and can be present during any of the repairs, I would recommend them. If your a small business who spends thousands of dollars a year on plumbing repairs, find another company.
