  Charles Oswald is one of a kind, and I mean that in the very best of ways- both professionally and personally. We moved out of the area, and I wish I could find a plumber even half as good as he is/was. I’m not sure what the highest praise should sound like, but I am confident saying you won’t be disappointed if you choose him for your work.

  I used Oswald plumbing to replace my tub. He quoted me $2800 and said that he had someone that can do the drywall around it and it will all be done. My brother was with me and is a witness to him saying that. Later when they finished the job I was told that they only do plumbing and they don't do drywall. I asked him about calling the person that does the drywall like he said previously and the guy that he called on speaker phone rudely said that he will not be doing it. I would highly recommend that you get everything in writing and exact when working with them.

  I apologize for the misunderstanding but your brother was not in the room during our discussion , I clearly said I don't do sheetrock I could get you a referral after meeting you and hearing you he declined I am truly sorry for any understanding we had

  We received great service from this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. My husband and I were in need of a plumber ASAP. I called and Charlie the owner of the company responded immediately and the problem is solved. All employees of this company that came to our house were well mannered and highly qualified.
