  A guest flushed wet wipes down the toilet which caused a clogged drain that wasn’t evident until the next day. We called several companies and had one come out, they said it was fixed but 6 days later we had signs of a clogged drain. This time we decided to call Operation Drains to fix it. They had someone out to the house pretty quickly and they were able to fix it! They used a bigger line and sent it down the toilet drain instead of the bathtub overflow drain, they checked it multiple times with a camera and with flushing the toilet and running water in the bathtub to confirm it was clear. They were more reasonably priced and took their time explaining things, didn’t mind questions at all and seemed to be more thorough than the first company that came out. Hopefully we won’t need these kinds of services again but if we do then we will definitely be calling Operation Drains first!

  Our main drain pipe from the upstairs bathroom had a massive vertical crack. I called operation drains just from a Google search. The job took a few weeks to complete, but Keith absolutely did some A+ level work. You can tell he took a lot of pride and care in the work he did on our house.

  Sent out a technician and helper being trained and the labor cost was $350 for two hours of work. This was a one man job, but they sent out two people. The helper was being trained and I was billed for the training. They are training new plumbers and making you pay for their training.
