  Our experience with CB Smith Plumbing was seamless and painless. They have always delivered the utmost service. Connie is thorough and attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The two plumbers who completed the work were also knowledgeable and had incredible customer service. Very personable. They did the rough in and final plumbing for our kitchen remodel and did a great job. And they cleaned up behind themselves!

  I had a toilet that needed to be replaced. I spoke with Joe and he talked to me about the details. He recommended a toilet and it turned out to have the highest review rating at Home Depot which is great. They were able to get me scheduled quickly which was nice. Joe was professional and easy to work with. He pointed out things to me as he worked and I was able to see exactly what was going on. Not only did he install the new toilet but he took the old one so that I did not have to deal with it. The bill was reviewed and I was able to pay with a card before he left which was very convenient. To top it all off he had it done within a couple of hours!

  Highly recommend. I had what I thought was an issue with several items. The CB team diagnosed the issue, suggested a logical progression of steps, and fixed the issue right away. Great company with high morals.
