  I called a few plumbers and OCT Plumbing was the first to respond, come to my house to diagnose the problem, and complete the repair. They were totally upfront about timing and cost and did everything they said they would. Highly professional and easy to work with! If I have another plumbing issue, I will absolutely call them again!

  I am very happy with the customer service I received. The person who took my call was very nice. I received a call when the plumber was on his way. The technician, Osmany, was on time, polite, friendly, and professional. He replaced the pipe under our sink very quickly, and made sure everything was draining properly. He also cleaned up all trash, etc. I would recommend OCT Plumbing and will be calling them in the future.
