I was getting an estimate for a project. Oscar was very good. He arrived on time, and spent almost an hour (instead of usual 10-15 min) discussing all aspects of the project. At the same time, he told me a lot of things that I should be aware of when doing plumbing projects. No pressure at all, very professional.

Had a contractor out to install closets in my home, unfortunately puncutured my pipes. Oscar came out and worked efficiently on repiar needed to be dobe in Uponor matterials so i can keep my warrnty on my home. He cleaned up the area and made sure all plumbing had goid pressure

Plumber refused to install the water heater on an existing wall mounted wooden platform which has been in place for 20+ years. His claim was the wood is rotten because it had water on it from the leaking heater. Stated the platform would need to be rebuilt and wood replaced prior to his installation. Provided no "specifications" for this platform which he claims would fail inspection. I've had numerous electrical and plumbing inspectors at my residence in the past 2 years doing remodeling work and nobody has commented on the platform. Researching water heater platforms I found there is a wall mounted metal model which can replace the old wooden model. One would think the installer could have suggested that.
