  Shannon is a gem. He took the time to consult with me about my plumbing issues over the phone and text and gave me professional advice about how to fix them on my own. He likely saved me hundreds of dollars and lots of time. He genuinely wanted to help me and expected nothing in return. Just an honest man who loves what he does and wants to help people. I would highly recommend you contact him. He’s earned a spot as my go-to plumber!

  Very happy with O’Neill Plumbing!! They were responsive, courteous, and didn’t overcharge or try to claim I needed repairs that I didn’t need. They even helped me find a manual to one of my old appliances and showed me the part I needed to order— saving me big bucks! And they did a great job repairing my water heater. Honest, hard-working, fair family business. I will use them again!!

  My experience with O'Neil plumbing was exceptional. Shannon O'Neil was running late, but made sure to keep me informed and assured me that he was still coming. He was able to identify the source of the leak and worked quickly to fix it. Bottom line, the leak is fixed, the quality of work is superb, and I don't feel like I was robbed of all my money. I will definitely use O'Neil plumbing again. Thank you and keep up the good work!
