  Rob O'Donnell is an excellent plumber and his skill and workmanship are outstanding. I was 100% satisfied with his work and give him the highest rating possible in my review, as noted. For Senior Citizens, I want to point out another reason to call him when you need a good plumber and finances are tight (as mine are). He has a personal commitment to give Seniors a break on their bills (even though that means less profit for him) and that is evident by the most generous discount he gives (speaking from experience). You can find out for yourself what I mean! P.S. There was never a disruption in our communication flow in all phases of the job. He explained the details (labor and material) of his work precisely and presented me with that information in an a extremely well prepared and formally structured estimate.

  Rob removed a 50 gallon hot water heater for us and put in a 75 gallon hot water heater and made modifications to ensure we were up to code. He also moved a pipe (installed prior to our purchasing the house) that had burst twice to a much more insulated part of our basement so that it would not burst a third time. Highly recommend!
