Great service. I had some furnace issues, and they were quick to respond. Item was under warranty, so only a labor bill. Good company for the local area.

Ken and Austin did great work. Very professional. Excellent work at less than half the other prices we were quoted. Even painted the outside piping to match the foundation. Highly recommended.

Spent $4k for O’Connors to install my central air unit which they did as per contract. However, the unit is not performing correctly.   The house never reaches the set temperature on the thermostat and I’m talking  72 degrees.   Not an unreasonable value.    Called the secretary to schedule an appointment to check and see what the problem may be. She told me she would put me on the schedule. After a couple weeks I called to see if she had any idea when they could come, she was very rude!! That was in August  2020,  9 months ago. Still waiting.............😡

We have used O'Connor at our parish here in Cambria City for years, and have never, ever had a bad experience with them. Often times it's the owner who comes out, and he's the politest person you'd ever hope to meet. Their work is great, and none of it ever had to be done over again. I know up-front if something is going to cost a small fortune (we have a very, very old boiler and parts are hard to get), and I have never felt ripped-off. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone

They've installed our water heater, a new furnace, and most recently central air for us.  Everyone has been very easy to work with and everything has been done in a timely manner. We have been very happy with everything so far! I definitely recommend them!

Awful experience with this company.They ended up doing more damage during a standard cleaning in the dead of winter and then wouldn't help us or call us back. The receptionist was extremely rude and very unprofessional when trying to get the issues fixed and acted like it was our fault. We had it promptly fixed by another local company but it costs us tons of unnecessary money and they were unwilling to work with us. We are pretty easy going and easy to get along with but this was unbelievable for a business to act this way. This happened a few years ago, but we will never forget. Maybe they have improved since then, I sure hope so.

Good Company would highly recommend! Had no heat of course one of the coldest days of winter. Read the other reviews had my doubts but gave O'Connor's a try and was really glad I did!  Girl in office working me in right away the service man that came out new exactly what the problem was and repaired in no time and I had my heat back!  This will be my go to heating company!

I had 2 gas fireplaces in a home we just bought in Richland that were not working properly. After the tech came and spent 2 hours looking at them, he wrote down the parts needed and said he would be back next week once the parts came in to fix them. I waited over a week then called to find out from the lady that they will not fix fireplaces, do not order parts, they only clean them! Then why in the world would you ever send someone here when I told you they need fixed (I spoke to the lady each time). They charged me $68 per hour, $136 total just to tell me they need fixed when I figured that out on my own for free. VERY DECEPTIVE COMPANY! They SCAM you for the appt time and never even plan to fix the issue.
