  Posted a message to their web site waited 2 day no response. Called their business and was told owner would get back to me. No response. Not sure what is going on but no response is no the way to run a business.

  Unfortunately, unable to give a review of their work. That’s because I never received any. I originally called O’Briens in May to have work quoted, the scheduler told me that it is not an emergency and that I will be contacted when they can fit me in. Two months later my water heater began to fail. Again I called to have some one come out to provide a quote for replacement and was told I would be called back. Three months go by and still no call back. Three weeks ago I called for the last time asking for a call back and a quote and still nothing. Maybe they are a very busy company, but it is a shame they can’t have the decency to call customers who are willing to pay for their services back. This review is for their customer service rather than work provided. If you need something done, I suggest calling elsewhere.

  I called O’Brien plumbing for an emergency of a broken water main and the water main had to be shut off at the street. They stated they would send someone out to repair it and I even told them the repair that was needed after having the water department pump out the three feet of water out. They never called or responded to the emergency and when calling back I reached the answering service who stated they would not respond to an after hours call due to not being a current customer. I informed them the home was just purchased and that a pluming service has never been used due to being a new home owner . Also made them aware this is a family with five children and two of them under three years old and that they have no water at all. I was told there was nothing she could do. I told her this call was placed hours ago during business hours and was told they would call and be here since I asked if they had availability yo service an emergency call. So to say the least I will never use or recommend O’Brien’s plumbing in the future and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Sadly they left a family in an emergency sitiuation without even a care to have the common curtosy to tell them they would not provide the service call and left them waiting!!!!!
