Benji, Mike and Levi handled the assessment and installation of both heating and AC systems at our home and they were all fantastic. Carly at the main office was also amazing with quick, detailed information - very reassuring. Complete professionalism from beginning to end, even with follow-up. I ended up having more done than I absolutely needed to, but I felt Nytech and the individuals I worked with were high quality and the situation was right to upgrade. They earned my business with sincerity, responsiveness and straightforward interaction. Mike and Levi worked hard and nonstop until the job was done which I greatly appreciated since I had no heat during cold weather. All my questions were replied to with complete answers. As a homeowner, it is truly so nice to have that kind of interaction when you are dealing with a large and expensive installation. Thank you Nytech - because of the top notch individuals I mentioned above, I won't hesitate to recommend this company as often as I can to my neighbors and friends.

Our thermostat went out a couple days before the coldest days this year. Nytech sent one of their senior techs out, Benji. He quickly identified the issue, knew how to work with our ancient system, and provided great all around service. Even showed us how to use the new thermostat, and not just leaving us with the manual! Great, affordable, and quick service, something that rarely come all together!

I cannot say enough good things about Benji and Nytech Heating and Cooling. In just 30 minutes they arrived at our property and quickly assessed the situation with our furnace. With out feeling like I was being nicked and dimed, they addressed the most immediate repairs and gave us a very good summary on possible solutions. Very very impressed. I will recommend to all my friends and neighbors!
