These folks are terrific!! Alex was the plumber who worked on our plumbing issues in two bathrooms. He was very nice, thorough, and professional. At the conclusion of his work, he showed us the work he had done and the equipment that was replaced. He even went a little further into the repair than what we originally thought was needed, at no extra cost!! Sundance is very dependable, especially Alex. We will contact Sundance for any future need. Note: their expertise is very, very broad.

Had the plumber repair a faulty pipe and my newly renovated tub was scratched which thing happen but the manager at this location refuses to return my numerous calls.   Have been trying for 3 weeks now…never in my life have I seen such utter disregard of customers… …repairs are going to cost in the hundreds and will unfortunately have to go alternate routes to get my money reimbursed….

This company was contracted through my home warranty for a furnace order I made. Scheduling was quick, and the HVAC tech who came out to fix my furnace, Blake, was awesome. Very respectful, professional, and got my heater up and running before the cold hit.

Would definitely recommend him and this company for your heating needs — 5 stars in my opinion.

I will admit that after reading the reviews I was nervous when my home warranty service selected this company. I missed the first phone call from one of the call takers  trying to schedule my appointment. When I called back, I received someone who scheduled me two weeks out, however, Haley called shortly there after and rescheduled me for the next day. Not only was she upbeat, but she was very kind as well. I was told someone would be there between 1 and 5 PM and was extremely happy when Mike not only showed up not long after 1 but called me 20 minutes before he arrived. Not only did he fix my problem, but he answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very helpful. Thank you NW Sundance.

[Poor Management/ Scheduling] Scheduled with this company to repair a water heater through Home Insurance and they no-showed us on the day of appointment. When we finally got ahold of the company, they forgot our work order and wanted us to reschedule another week out.

Previous work included a Furnace. They couldn't tell us any information on the type of furnace, size, or brand for us to review. They told us, "it's whatever one the tech picks up from the warehouse, we don't see that info." We went with another company on that service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We didn't have a choice in using them as American Home Shield chose them through our home warranty.

Our furnace went out, it's below 40 degrees, and they couldn't get someone out for 2 weeks to help us. We have two kids (6 & 8) who have both caught a cold because of this. With COVID this has been a constant scare sending them to school. We have to wear jackets in our house and it's so cold we can physically see our breath, so I called NW Sundance to ask why something so critical is taking so long to get looked at. They said because they're severely understaffed and way behind..

I asked, why would you accept new calls if you're way behind and severely understaffed? The safety of your customers is at hand, shouldn't you deny new calls? They said because American Home Shield doesn't penalize for it, so they just take as many as they can.

Talk about a terrible company. Disgusting how they are willing to jeopardize the health and safety of their customers just to make money. Makes your skin crawl.

The technician that came to my house did an awesome job however when I called the office they very rarely answered their phone they never return phone calls and their follow-up was horrible. I will never ever use this company again because of their poor follow-up. I had a lot of issues with follow-up. The technician like I said did a great job but not very happy with the overall experience of this organization. They came to fix my faucet less than a year ago they wouldn't honor a warranty and the very same problem happened again and I had to pay again to fix the problem that they didn't fix the first time.. I am disappointed that they did not honor any kind of warranty for the issue occured two months after they did the work originally. Just disappointed....

I was assigned NW Sundance to repair my heat pump by American Home Shield when it went out just before Thanksgiving in 2021. It took NW Sundance 13 days to show up. The appointment I was assigned was at the end of the day so when the tech arrived, he confirmed my heat pump was dead, which I already knew and he said I would be contacted in the next day or so. I was never contacted by NW Sundance, I had to reach out to them to get anything moving. I was then told they had to come back out to try a fix, requested by AHS, this took another 11 days for the tech to return. Again he showed up at the end of the business day, spent about 30 minutes, again confirmed it was not repairable and left. It has been 6 weeks in the dead of winter that I have not had my heat pump working and I have been calling basically every 48 hours with no success. If you want a responsive company to do work for you, NW Sundance is not that company.

Also, while on a call with AHS, NW Sundance returned one of my calls and I asked to conference NW Sundance in so I could get AHS and NW Sundance on the same call to get things moving. NW Sundance declined to do this...very poor customer service. I would avoid working with this company.

NW Sundance Services had worked on our old furnace that hasn't been working properly for almost a year.   I want to thank Blake(NW Sundance Services) who came by yesterday and resolved the issue with the furnace under 30 minutes and also pinpointed the causes for the issues and gave educational points on future resolution tactics and what to look for.   The heat is working again.   Give that a guy a raise!  Thanks Blake!

John and his coworker were amazing.  Came in and installed a sink & garbage disposal.  The job took much longer than they were anticipating.  they didn't rush to get done, they made sure it was done correctly.  Nice guys and great work.  Thanks!
