GREAT service! Their team is very friendly and ready to answer questions. Always on time and communicate if they are running late. They call 30 minutes before arrival which is nice. I’ve used them multiple times and very please with their service. Their pricing is reasonable too! They service my residential home and my commercial property. A special thanks to Justin the tech always friendly and knowledgeable! I believe he’s our designated tech in the area.

Cody came over on time and I showed him the issue with our outdoor spigot. He quickly found the issue  and asked about other plumbing issues in the house. I showed him the shower in the master bath and he said he would be able to fix it today as well. He was very friendly and professional. We definitely recommend him.

Was pleased to have been referred to Central Air Heating & Cooling.  An appointment was quickly made and kept to repair our fireplace insert.  Justin arrived on time and soon had the fireplace operating correctly and properly cleaned.  Interestingly, Central also uses an app they send you so you can check to see where there service person is when on the way to see you, and they call when he is on the way, so great service from both Central and Justin.  5 star review!!

Tommy was wonderful to work with. He came over for our gas furnace tune up. He was clear and communicative on what things he was going to check, what the results were of checking those items and gave some great recommendations and options for future work as well as several images of the work sone. Matt and Hector did an outstanding job installing my new furnace.  They were on time, professional, polite, and clean.  When our old furnace failed, central Air was able to diagnose the problem and have a new one installed in days, when the other company quoted us weeks.  I highly recommend Central Air! Matthew and Hector were very professional as well as friendly. I had to have my furnace replaced and they made quick work of it, even with it being in a tight spot. My water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. They were able to give me advice to handle the situation in the moment and get me scheduled for next buisness day. Technician came out early in the morning with all the equipment needed to replace the water heater same day. Zach did a great job, very professional and took the time to make sure I understood how to use the new equipment at the end. Would highly recommend this company and Zach to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Thank you Tommy and Dan for a fantastic job repairing our gas furnace blower, and Karissa for keeping me up to date on the schedule! Tommy came out first to diagnose the issue and order the new blower part. But our furnace is in such a awkward, crowded closet that it took both Tommy and Dan to manipulate the old blower out and the new one in around our water heater.
Service was efficient, super friendly, and well-worth the cost.

I also signed up for their annual maintenance plan which seemed like a no-brainer; two annual maintenance/inspection visits for basically the price of a single service-call fee, but you also get 15% off service and priority scheduling? Definitely worth it for me.

Glad to have found Central Air via the NWN reference program. I can see why they come highly rated and recommended.
