So glad I called! We had an emergency drain problem and sewage was flooding up from shower, It was almost 10pm and the two places we called wouldn’t be out till next day and said to expect very high emergency rates if they came out that night. I called Nw sewer and the gentleman who answered (Alex) was very nice and genuinely concerned and said he would make it out that night. He arrived an hour after we called and was quick to diagnose and fix problem. I was expecting a bigger bill but when it came time I was shocked I didn’t even get charged an overtime or emergency rate as other companies had said. A professional answered, Arrived quickly even being after 10pm and fixed our nightmare and charged half of what other companies quoted me just for emergency rates to show up. We will forever be using nw sewer and I can’t rate them high enough I am just impressed. Thank you thank you thank you!

Alex was here within an hour and has many years in the plumbing industry. He saved us from our horrible home warranty experience. Had a video scope in the sewer line within 10 minutes and provided us video files on a USB memory stick. NW Sewer will be my go-to plumbing service.
