This was a condition prepaid in agreement to purchase my house. The job was to fix a bellied pipe. My experience was this. Two days digging my back yard they cut the wrong pipe ( then repaired it) then disappeared without communication. I tracked them down and got them back to finish the job a week later. Then they put a hole in my new hot tub, killed two trees, used and dragged my hose through the mud, broke my fence and buried my new sprinkler system that was just put in over the next two weeks. The workers and office were polite, but clearly overbooked and it left a mess. The pipe is fixed. The hot tub replaced, I fixed my own fence planks, and my yard is a mud pit. They offered to seed the yard but it’s winter and it won’t grow. This process was a hot mess from the beginning. I will not be using them for any future services.

DoneRite was very accommodating, arranging for a service call the next day and offering to try for same day service which I declined. Communications were very good with both emails and text messages. Brady and Tyler arrived on time and with masks. They explained the issue well and were able to replace my water heater right away. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Although the cost was a bit higher than I expected I feel that it was fair after doing some research and recognizing that the pandemic and supply chain issues were factors. I would not hesitate to go this route again.

Brady and Tyler were excellent technicians! Very professional and hard working. Done Rite is a great business! Good prices too. I’m very happy with the water heater They also took time and answered all of my questions. I had a leaky outdoor faucet repaired also and it’s like new. I really appreciated the job they did and I’ll definitely use them in the future if the need arises.
