  They set up an appointment and called when they were supposed to be there and said they couldn't make it, and would need to reschedule. This happened 3 more times. The 4th time, they diagnosed my clogged shower drain, but said they can't get to the clog becuase it's past he P trap and the whole shower would need to be taken out. Update- They will not return calls or enter the diagnosis on the warranty website, so we are at a standstill. I've had a broken shower for over 3 months.
