This is my first time using KLEBS Mechanical and they did a great job! I called them for a boiler problem (heat issues), their technician determined it wasn’t my boiler but due to wiring, it was a broken water heater. I was the last call of the day, so they showed up the next day to replace the water heater. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home, clean and thorough. John and John were hardworking and kind, even called me ma’am! My hot water works great; I really appreciate the exceptional service KLEBS.

Klebs Mechanical was great! Had a number of plumbing issues that were repaired. They also installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. Did a great job and they left no mess for me to clean up. Steve and Aaron are considerate all around nice guys. Gus the little fog even likes them.

We have been a Klebs Mechanical customer for many years and have always been happy with their work but this winter they went above and beyond. Our boiler, installed by Klebs about 15 years ago and maintained by them ever since, failed during a severe cold snap. We were out of state and by the time we discovered we had no heat the temperature in our house had dropped into the 40s! Klebs was booked for days but told us to call after 5:00 p.m. and leave a message for the after-hours on-call technician. The tech, Steve, returned our call, came to our house that night and was able to get the system running, though he suspected it was only a temporary fix. He said one of several parts could be failing and suggested we schedule another appointment for him to troubleshoot the issue which we did. The evening before our second appointment the boiler failed again. We started using space heaters to keep the house from freezing up. This time, although Steve was unable to restart the boiler, he diagnosed a control board as the problem and contacted his supplier to order the part. Because of supply chain issues, locating a replacement part was nearly impossible. It was out of stock and the manufacturer would not have any until “sometime next month.” Klebs’ supplier, however, did a nationwide search and tracked one down in West Virginia. They ordered the part and asked for it to be shipped overnight and Klebs scheduled time on the next business day for Steve to install it. But the part didn’t come. Day after day Klebs scheduled time for the install, then had to cancel when the part wasn’t delivered. Finally, a week after we thought it should have arrived it was delivered. Rather than making us wait for an available appointment Steve and Chris, another Klebs technician, volunteered to come that evening after their regular shifts to install the control board. It turned out that the West Virginia company had sent a complete upgrade kit, not just the control board, which complicated installation. Steve and Chris worked for four hours that night and stayed long enough to make sure the boiler was heating. It has worked well ever since. Without the efforts of Maria and Jesse in the office and techs Steve and Chris we would have been forced to have Klebs winterize the house and so make it uninhabitable. We highly recommend Klebs and thank them for all their efforts to save our house from disaster.
