  This company is extremely unprofessional. They are filled with pathological liars, who blame the customer at every turn and when they get caught lying, then they decide they won't call you back instead of fixing their mistake or at least owning up to their mistake. If you go with this company, all I can stay is good luck. You'll be miserable.

  This company is SO great. I live in Lexington and they traveled to me to make sure our plumbing was done quickly and right! Opening a business is extremely stressful and I have to say this was the just about the only thing that was made EASY. They made sure we were to code plumbing, super fast, and extremely dependable. They even sent me flowers after they were finished serving us. I’m so thankful, and couldn’t give enough stars ⭐️.

  This business has the worst customer service that I have ever received. I or a family member took off work to be home on 4 different occasions and the service workers never showed up. I left several messages and requested to speak to the owner. My messages were ignored. When the owner did finally contact me back, I was told “ I have chosen to ignore you and your message… I do not care”. If you value your time and your money, you would be wise never to contract work from this company. Like many of you, I was sent to this company by my home warranty company. I advise people to check with their home warranty company and request a different service provider. In business, I believe that both parties should value one another’s time equally. I also feel that owners have a duty to listen to, validate and seek to remedy customer concerns. This is certainly not the case with this company or their employees. Always know who you are doing business with!!! NOW Service Pros= NEVER SHOW UP FOR THE JOB
