  We smelled gas coming from our fireplace. Greg and Don diagnosed the problem, explained thoroughly what was happening and recommended having the unit serviced and cleaned. Explained how the system works, what the issues were and what they were doing to make sure our unit was clean and safe. Our unit is circa 1994 Greg explained the benefits of the newer systems technology “down the road” we might consider. Absolutely no pressure to replace just making sure we know what options are available should we want to change in the future. They treated our home like it was their own, covered all our furniture in the room and wore booties! We highly recommend these professionals and will use them again if the need arises.

  Greg and Don were fantastic! I had a gas fireplace that had been causing me problems for a long time, including access issues. They were able to find a solution that did not damage any of the surrounding areas, and when they were done not only did everything work but it looked five times better than when they started. I would recommend them anytime!

  Totally reworked two fireplaces. While a bit pricy it’s absolutely worth it. Looks fantastic, and now works great with electric starter. No more pilot lighting. Thanks Joe. Arrived at 3. Completed after 6 hours. Took the time for perfection. Left the home cleaner than it was. Protected all areas. They did it right!
