  Top marks for customer service. Three days after I placed an order, I heard from them that they were out of that item and that their supplier said it would be 3-4 months (during COVID) before they could fill my order. They offered a full refund, which I accepted and they processed in an additional five days. Would try them again, but confirm items are in stock.
