  I would like to start out by saying Josh left his son scrimmage LAST MINUTE at 6pm on a Friday night to come do a home inspection for me. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was safe for my family and I. He did a great job at explaining things and never rushed through his services. He was very thorough! I would HIGHLY recommend him to do any home inspections!!

  Joshua was AWESOME! I am a first-time home buyer and had millions of questions. From the start on our multiple phone calls he was patient and informative with my options on inspecting the home we were purchasing. In-person he was friendly, thorough and really helped me to have a understanding of what to expect with possible and necessary maintenance/repairs. He was knowledgeable, punctual, responsive as I scheduled and then rescheduled... it was altogether a GREAT experience and i HIGHLY recommend his professional services for your home inspection needs. Thanks JOSHUA!! (P.S. - He came during the Co-Vid 19 Pandemic with Mask and wore gloves - thanks for that extra consideration too!)

  Very detailed on the home inspection about areas of concern! Knowledgeable and very easy to talk with about these important items! I would highly recommend him for any home inspection services, including radon monitoring and detection.
