Brandon proved both highly knowledgeable and professional when performing our plumbing inspection. He was able to explain many things about our system that the previous owners did not disclose when we purchased and gave us helpful suggestions to make simple and timely repairs to save money now and avoid future need for repairs through maintenance. As a result,  Boyer 72 Degrees has become a permanent company in our home care contacts list.

Always super happy with Boyers 72 Degrees.  They keep our systems "just like new" which means a lot - they installed them!  Both the installation team and the maintenance crew are true experts.  We don't expect to ever have trouble, but if we do there is no doubt Boyers can handle it.

Shawn did an excellent job!!  He was kind and professional.  He explained everything he did to get the furnace running again as well as what he thought the problem was.  I am very satisfied and happy with his work and ethic.

Great team of workers. They show up when they say they are, and they care about the quality of their work. They also put up with my German shorthaired pointer puppy even though she passed gas on them many times. Very efficient and personable as well.

Brandon replaced the whole-house water filter which is located under the house which was soggy from multiple rains and has very little wiggle room.  How he managed that I have no idea.  He also agreed to check a water heater in the back closet, and he found a tray under it full of water.  We had not noticed it.  It had been leaking.  It was 20 years old.  We asked him if he could replace it.  He said yes and he reported it to his boss as soon as he left here.  By the time he got back to Charlottesville arrangements had been made to deliver a new one next Friday.  Amazing.  He took care of it for us.  I am over 80.  Do you know what that means?  We do not have to worry about making multiple calls, waiting to reach the right person, remembering that person’s name, etc.  it’s done.  It will soon be installed.  Our problems will be over.  May Brandon be blessed forever.
