  I never write reviews but these guys deserve one. Their entire staff is pleasant and professional. They have done multiple jobs at my home and I am always impressed with their work. The owner of the company went out of his way to assist me, when he didn’t have to. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend.

  We’ve used Newlight for several plumbing and electrical services in the past. Today we had light fixtures installed. We are very pleased with the work done today. Our electrician was on time, professional and very courteous! The work done looks amazing! Highly recommend.

  This company appears to take advantage of the elderly. My parents used them for a toilet replacement (twice). My mother did not like the first toilet as it did not flush well. She was charged double what other plumbers would have charged for the toilet. When I noticed the new toilet rocked, left to right, I told my parents to have the company come back and install the toilet properly. It had been rocking since install, three weeks, and in that amount of time the wax ring could have been compromised. Additionally, their previous toilets did not need a shim and did not rock. The floor is level and is tile. Most likely the toilet flange was not installed correctly. When the company came out they did not check the install and only added a shim. Even when asked about the issue with the wax ring and install the plumber blew my elderly mother off. Now I have to pay another company to come and check their work and properly install the toilet. On 9/28 I had another plumber come to check the toilet and low and behold when he took the toilet off there were two wax rings. Who does that? No wonder it didn’t sit flush. I would not recommend using New Light Services.

  Mari, I assure you we do not take advantage of the elderly. When we were notified of the problem at your moms house the owner went out that same day and refunded her the money. We only wish we would have been allowed to resolve the problem ourselves. The specific plumber had also been let go. We always loved working with your mom. She is an amazing lady.
