  No star should be given to them. They really do set up the company to scam. I made a mistake by making an appointment with them without looking at the review first. Some of my radiators need bleeding. The guy showed up 2 hours late, with no bleeding key. Tells me he needs 1100 to do the job, and also he needs to open the pipes. (Paving a road to a bigger job) I was shocked! After I told him, I did this before and it cost nowhere near this number, he offered a 10% discount. And after I laughed it off, he said he can do 900, but that’s the bottom price. I asked him to leave, and I had paid the $100 service fee. follow up: They charge me more than they said it would be the service fee. So I called them again, to ask for their explanation. After blur the question with tax, credit card fee etc. I told them I asked very specifically how much would it be exactly for the charge, and that amount is different from the amount they put on my card. They dug out the voice recording, check and said they will issue me a refund for the extra charge. I asked for the plumber’s name and license information to file a complaint with Consumer Affair, they immediately said they don’t have the information and have to call me back because the manager is not in today.

  DO NOT use this company. I have an elderly Mom with dementia on Long Island. They quoted us a price of $1500.00 on a job. I was able to get it done for under $500.00. They tried to take advantage of a family in a compromised condition. DEPLORABLE.
