  I’ve been using New Day for almost 10 years and have been very satisfied. I first met Matt when he did the HVAC and plumbing on our addition. Since then he’s installed a new HVAC system in the rest of my house and I’ve had his plumbers out for a few jobs that I couldn’t do. I just had Dale out today to replace the diverter in my shower faucet as well as the shut off valve in a toilet. Dale was wonderful and did a great job. Everything’s New Day’s done has been very professional and at a reasonable price. But I can’t write a review without mentioning Megan. She is very responsive and professional. Even better, she knows her stuff! She correctly diagnosed my shower faucet problem over the phone which led to a quick and easy repair. I can’t recommend New Day Mechanical enough. I’ve been very pleased and I’m very picky about who I call for repairs.

  Megan was awesome in the whole process of replacing my homes water heater. She had or found the answers in regards to the warranty on my current water heater and gave me all my options and costs. Robert called when he was on his way, polite, prompt and had the old unit out and the new one in within 2 hours. I cannot express how happy I was with the service and attention this company gave me, I would recommend them to everyone and would definitely use them again. Thank you Megan and Robert.

  We’ve had a wide variety of work done my Matt and Leo and the team. They’re very conscientious and thorough. If ever there’s been an issue they make it right quickly. I trust them to work alone in my home or business. We’ve used them for water treatment, residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC and had excellent experiences with all aspects of the business. I recommend them very confidently.
