  Excellent service !!! The technician arrived on time and within no time resolved the sewer blockage. He explained what caused the issue and how to take steps to prevent in the future.The company folks are very considerate and professional. Above all they are economical and never charge more than promised. I would definitely recommend New Concepts to my family and friends and to all of you if you are in need of sewer cleaning, plumbing issues, etc.

  Very efficient and friendly service. My tech arrived earlier than expected which was great given the nature of our plumbing issue. He ordered, went to pick up the parts required and was back all within a couple of hours which was fabulous. He fixed our problem and was on his way. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services. Well done!

  Recently we had a major stoppage, so we called around. We found New Concepts plumbing, when searching for a plumber in Seattle...we found good online reviews for New Concepts Plumbing, a very good sign....They sent out a tech right away and he was able to clear our drain. Prices are good.
