  Very pleased! Anytime we have had an issue-leaky faucet, clogged drain, water heater that kept tripping, issues with toilet…Ness has always been very timely to respond. Brandon, Cole, Shane and Curtis are very knowledgeable!!! They are very respectful, punctual, and willing to explain what they did and show you. Would highly recommend!!!

  Curtis, the owner, was friendly, professional and did a great job. One occasion, however, he sent one of his employees. This guy smelled so bad like stale cigarette smoke that my husband wouldn't even go in the room with him. He seemed to be knowledgeable, but part of the time he talked to his buddy on the phone, and swore profusely when he was working on the jobs, even after I asked him to refrain from that. We wrote a letter to Curtis, who never responded with any kind of apology, phone call, nothing. Never using Ness Plumbing again sad to say.

  Used Ness twice in the last 5 months & both times they sent Shane who is professional, courteous & really knows his stuff. He stayed until we both knew the problems were fixed for good.
