  Great Service, l talked to Steve around 9 am about getting the A C going at a house we have near Larimore , (the condenser needed to be connected to the furnace and the system pressurized and wired). I really wasn’t expecting to hear back from him for about a week, but got a call around 3:30 letting me know the job was done and the A C was up and running. My wife was there two weeks later to cut the grass , and the A C was running and the house was nice and comfortable , she sent me several pictures of the work Steve had done and it looks great , very professional ! . I would highly recommend Kolenda Heating & Cooling. Tom

  I was extremely happy with the service I received. Steve was awesome and honest! He was the only one that let me know my heat exchanger was still under warranty of the companies I talked to and came out. Even better the bill came in less than what he originally quoted, which NEVER happens!

  I am actually a business vendor for Kolenda HVAC. Although I have never had my home serviced by Kolenda, my company (Payzer) has worked with Kolenda HVAC for many years. The team at Kolenda HVAC is very professional to work with and I really value our working relationship. Because of how great they are to work with professionally, I would no doubt recommend them to anyone in the Northwood ND area.
