  Quick response and owner, Chris discussed the different options with us. Called yesterday for a service diagnostic and Terry called us to see what we had, and he went ahead and brought new 50 gal. Bradford White water heater with them. Tank was leaking, and Terry and his helper (Mullet Man) drained the old water heater and installed new 50 gal tank in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend Narrow Path Plumbing to all the local residents in the Xenia and surrounding areas.

  Josh and Levi just left from installing a new water softener, installing a faucet, and securing the hoses on our washer. From getting the estimate, to getting the job scheduled, to the actual work performed, we could not be happier. They arrived on time (precisely at the scheduled time!) and started work promptly, patiently answering our questions along the way. Their work was completed in a professional manner and they left everything as clean as it was when they arrived. We are so happy to know that there's a plumbing service we can confidently turn to for small tasks or to take care of larger jobs or emergencies when we need them. At this point we would highly recommend Narrow Path Plumbing!

  Could not be happier. On time, answered questions, explained the problem, made the proper repairs, beyond fair pricing. Shaun and Brian are excellent employees putting skills to work for this company. Simple process to get service booked. Came out late on Friday afternoon, no complaints, just good, honest work at a good price. Cleaned up after themselves. Cannot recommend enough to other people, use this company. You won’t regret it! They drove 30 miles here. Will have them back if there are any additional problems with our plumbing. Thank you for being honest and easy to deal with. Excellent customer service!
