  I had all three toilets with leaks, unable to flush, etc. go out on me. Chuck and is son were timely, even 15 minutes early, stayed until every issue was resoloved and I was happily surprised at the low invoice. Very friendly and courteous. Will definetely keep his card on hand for future issues.

  I truly want to thank the shaw family they truly are special people friendly and perfecianal and grate work with a smile always there to help grate service for years truly one of a kind super people I truly blessed for there help and to know them

  Called around 9 this morning and it is now 7:59pm never showed and then called again around 5:30 and they said 15 mins and they will be here and still nothing. We will never use or refer Chuck Shaw's plumbing to anyone!!! If I could give no stars I would.
