  Needed an emergency electrical repair for my small business (new equipment was being installed and the installer OK'd the electrical before then when the came to install said it wasnt good). Called Shaum & Son and they were at my business in like 20 minutes, 30 minutes later we had a game plan and he was calling to get some parts. All installed and good to go in like 1.5 hours. Awesome and SUPER easy to work with. Did great will happily use them again.

  Shaum and Son Electrical strives to have the best team available to best support/serve the customer. Tyler Christensen's review is one sided. I'm the tech he accuses of spending many hours closing on my new home and billing him for it. The time I did spend on the phone closing on my house was time I did not get payed for. And the company was aware of it and it was verbally mentioned to Tyler's head chef that signed the daily paperwork for Tyler. Also we not only installed the heater but we installed a new electrical panel to allow him to connect more 400W Bromic Heaters and pulled wire to junctions to allow him to install the new heaters without having to call an electrician to wire them up. The work required was more than the original visit thought and Tyler was made aware of that before we started and during the process. Shaum strives to be honest and fair to the customers. At times we have workers assist on small projects and not bill the customer for the extra or time required to get the job done correctly and properly. Shaum does not take shortcuts to get a job done. The management would rather have us walk away than to do work that is not to code or not installed correctly. The management wants us to build/wire in a way that lasts years with no issues instead of us having to go back and fix the issues. Shaum stands behind their work.

  Lee came out same day when I had two other electric contractors scheduled that were no-shows. After I drove up from the valley to get a quote on a big project for my new home in Flagstaff. He gave me a fair price and his crew completed the work on time and with complete professionalism. He’s earned my business for life in Flagstaff! Watch out for fake reviews the other electric contractors have on yelp. I’m pretty annoyed that I fell for those fake reviews. But very happy that I found Shaum & Sons electrical.
