  I am a realtor and the hot water heater was leaking at our final walk through prior to settlement. We called several plumbers for their availability. Marybeth was able to schedule her installers the same day. She went over and beyond for us. Both the buyers and sellers were happy with the quality of work, professionalism, price and their immediate response. I highly recommend this company! Melissa Collins

  We couldn't be more satisfied. Gemma in the office was professional and most important caring and pleasant. Jose Ortiz, our service Tech, was extremely processional, helpful, and readily kept us informed. He is a real asset to the business. Any other plumbing needs will surely be directed to My Favorite Plumber and we will ask that Jose provide our service if he is available. Great experience overall.

  This business came out to my mother's house to repair a bath faucet and trip lever. They would not give her any estimate on price over the phone and never discussed any service charge. Upon arrival, the technician quoted her a price over $700. She decided this was far too high for the job and decided against the service. He was unaware if there would be a fee for coming out and called back to his company. The woman on the phone replied that it would cost over $150. We refused to pay this price and offered a smaller sum for his time. I spoke to the woman on the phone who cut me off multiple times, lied about her conversations with my mother and eventually hung up on me. I have since filed a complaint about this business. Not surprisingly, she replied to the complaint with a handful of lies as well about how I was the belligerent one. I would never work with business again!
