  Tried to make an appointment, the lady who answered the phone said they were too busy. I said it was for next month so I can coordinate with my work on when I needed to be there and she refused and said to call back next month. Deeply disappointed with their customer service and my boss spoke so highly of them. Thank goodness for other companies being in town.
