  Horrible customer service. Called out to provide bid on large scale project and instead of providing a quote, they decided to contact the local city inspector and indicated that I did not have the state Storm Water Permits which do not even pertain to my project due to it's scale. This is a primary reason that local companies remain small and have to scramble to pay their employees due to lack of work. His business was to provide a quote and he went beyond by providing false statements in hopes of derailing a business that will be great for the local economy!
