The service and repairs were phenomenal. When I first called in I spoke to Lillian. She was so helpful, courteous and friendly. I really appreciate her help and sending me a wonderful tech, Anthony. Anthony was exceptional. He was very thorough, great work ethic, and explained to me what he was doing as he was repairing a pipe. I greatly appreciate his willingness to share his knowledge with me, as I am not the original owner of the house, so I was unaware exactly where the shut off valves and the water meter were located. He was friendly, informative, respectful and did an amazing job. I can't say enough positive things about him. I will definitely use Mullen Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for any future needs, and will definitely request Anthony if he is available. A sincere thank you to Anthony, Lillian and the staff!!

Mikey and Dakota came to install a new gas furnace today. They were punctual, polite, and worked fast. Overall, happy with their work, everything looks good and mikey came up with quick solutions to any problems that came up like patching holes in the ductwork. We did have some issues scheduling the install. We felt like we were getting juggled between people while trying to get an estimate confirmed and an appointment set, and waiting a long time for calls back all while having no heat.

I made an appointment and was told the workers would be at my house between 8-12. I received a call around 1:30 stating the workers wouldn’t be able to make it and they could come the next day between 9-12. The next day at noon they still were not at my house. My husband called and they finally came out. I wanted the gas logs from my previous house installed in my new house. They installed them and the next day the CO2 alarm went off. I called Mullen and they came out. They could not find a leak. His main concern was making sure to tell me that they were not liable for issue and they would have to charge me a yet again for a service call. If a gas leak wasn’t deadly, I wouldn’t be quite as upset. Now I am going to have yet another person come out to see if they can fix the mess.
