My mom's furnace went out and with me being in another state, they were quick to respond to her issues, they had someone there within an hour, had a quote to replace the furnace and A/C (was a package unit) which was very fair, and the installation was done the following day. They ensured everything was installed correctly and working well, were very professional and answered all of our questions, and even got me 18 months same as cash. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fair pricing, excellent service and extremely professional employees. We couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for getting my mom fixed up so quickly!!

PLUMBING - Highly Recommend! So thankful to Darnold and Lyons for traveling to Nicholas County to fix some long overdue plumbing issues at our home and several rental properties. They arrived to our town the very next day (just as they said they would) and everything was resolved and working within a few hours. No run-around, no mud tracked in, and no mess left behind. The plumber was very knowledgeable and best of all- he showed up! Thank you Darnold and Lyons!

Called them up to do Rheem warranty work, guy came out, everything seemed ok, indicated he would order a part, then never showed up, never heard anyting else, and won't call back to say why. Minor and innocuous issue w/ rheem heat pump water heater so just annoying more than anything. Update -- rheem is most likely the difficulty here.
