  Our furnace went out over the weekend and they were able to make a Sunday Night call out for us to fix the problem on a really cold night. Ultimately we needed a new furnace, and they were able to come back the next day and install a new one for us thanks to a cancellation they had. Great service, very knowledgeable in their trade, and they work to try and get you the best deal they can. They also mailed us a hand written thank you note, talk about friendly customer service!

  Had a problem that developed into an emergency heating problem which required pretty immediate service. Mukavitz changed my status from non-emergent to emergent in an afternoon and responded with a service call in just an hour or so during a time during which they were extremely busy with other such call-outs. The service man identified and fixed our problem in about an hour. Fast, efficient and professional. Top notch.

  Ran into a issue and they where able go help with a total redo in 2 days.. they are super heros, super nice and efficient, my second Heater with them and ill keep coming back =] thank you again
