Had the snake stuck in my tub drain and couldn’t pull it out myself. Called and made an appointment, got appointment the next day and technician arrived early which was perfect! Gene Sexton was my technician and he was amazing, very quick, and solved my problem! Made it look easy! I will definitely recommend this company and this technician again to everyone! Happy Easter!

We had an emergency with our sump pump today. Being Sunday I was terrified we would either not get an appointment or would be stuck paying a ton of extra fees for it being the weekend. Our service guy, Gene, showed up and was excellent. He was very friendly, professional and helpful in answering any questions we had regarding plumbing. I highly recommend Mr Rooters. We will be using Gene for all of our plumbing issues from here on out. Five stars!

So impressed with this company! From the initial call, to the quick dispatch, to the friendly and professional service by Chris. He fixed our broken hot water pipe quickly and with minimal cuts into our kitchen cabinet. Clean, tidy and a professional job. Highly recommend!!
