  Our Heating Tech was Chris Gregory. He has done work for us a few times previously, and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Our furnace is nearly 20 years old, and believe he is a big part of the reason it is still running smoothly. Don’t know exactly what he did this time, but it felt like the furnace was definitely working more efficiently than before the tuneup. I have recommended PDM to a few of my neighbors. Your dispatcher Christina was able to schedule a Plumber for one of them on the same day. My neighbor was also pleased with the job done by Pete.

  We are first time home owners and have only been in the Joliet area for 6 months. The dispatcher was amazing to talk to her, gave me worst case scenario as far as price was concerned.she even tried to see if she can get the plumber here sooner but I was available all day. Anthony ended up coming earlier than what was expected, which was fantastic. Anthony was/is very knowledgeable, quick, professional and cleaned up everything quite nicely. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the work as well as the price. it wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it was going to be considering he had to cut old piping and put in some new PVC piping...very pleased and will call PDM plumbing again.. Thank you guys again

  Called PDM due to a sewage drain plug and water backing up into the basement. They provided great professional service, beginning with customer service scheduling my appointment asap and the Service Technician arriving early and working promptly and efficiently. Definitely the best company out there who stands behind their work - thank you PDM!
