  Anthony, Francisco, and Sam understood the assignment! I had a major clog and they kept working at it until there was clean water running through. I really appreciate their efforts to clear this clog by bringing in other equipment and helping each other keeping me informed of price changes. They did an awesome job ! Reasonable and reliable and quick response!

  Water Heater issues are never easy, sometimes complicated, always challenging to even know you can trust an individual or organization to fix an issue timely, effectively, and reasonably. Working w Craig the dispatcher, and Johnny the plumber was easy, simple, and met my difficult expectations. I met another group that tried to bully me into an immediate an much more expensive decision w a very rude and dishonest plumber. In the end I am very happy I chose Mr. Rooter w my water heater replacement. Johnny was frank, clear about what he found, and willing to keep parts that he can re-use to keep costs lower. The work was reasonable, very efficient, and done well. Thanks Johnny and Mr. Rooter for replacing our water heater effectively.

  Sam was very prompt, polite, and engaged through the whole process. He detailed every bit of work and walked me through it all. He’s very good listener and teacher for drain issues. Highly recommend!
