  I had a leak detector find the leak my first plumber couldn’t find. Fernando came out after I had another plumber come over and give me a bid with no explanation of the cost. We didn’t go with them . I called advanced plumbing they sent me Fernando. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail about what he would do and why. He explained the price and why it was a complicated problem. When he did the job he showed me what he had done and explained it all. He cleaned up everything and was very polite.I was very satisfied with the work, his professionalism and everything about the experience.

  Call taker was friendly. Plumber was on time, quick, efficient, and professional. Price was very fair. Will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

  Water heater work was done decently well as it passed inspection. Problem is with the business practices. Inflated prices on items that aren't covered under home warranty, for example $80 for 3 small pieces of PVC pipe and 5 minutes of work with the addition of a condescending explanation of the mark up. They will also make use of old gas lines, though accepted it's not good practice. *Reply Thanks for the response Bill. I did confirm with the invoice that the company is correct. I was able to have a thorough conversation with the inspector while inspecting the completed work. His opinion matched mine, along with a third opinion, this was minimum work to pass inspection. He did mention some items where installed correctly ll such as the gas sediment trap. My biggest issue is the astronomical prices for simple elements of the project that fit outside of a home warranty claim and justify the price as expertise. I'm sure the home warranty doesn't give top dollar for your services. I appreciate the willingness to make it right. Hope this helps refine your process and get it to the expert service you strive it to be. Last note the lady answering/making calls was attentive and pleasant.

I can’t find you in my system so I’m not sure if your review was for the correct company or not. However, we do charge a fair price for the expert service that we bring. There are always other, less expensive options like using a handyman to make your repairs. Understand that we charge for what we know how to do, the years of experience that we bring to each job to make sure that it is done 100% correct.
