This is the second time I've utilized this company. The first was to repair a leak in our shower; the second was to repair a toilet leak in the home of an elderly person under our care. In both cases the service man was prompt, courteous, professional and fast! We had great communication from Mr. Rooter's office - by text, phone and email, keeping us apprised of the worker's arrival time (even providing a photo of the gentleman so we would recognize him when he arrived); the work assessment and cost to do the work; the payment receipt and even requesting our feedback once the job was complete. The cost of the repairs seemed reasonable. I will use this company again!

Called for service in the morning and a technician came out the same day to give me an estimate on an outside faucet replacement and cutoff valve replacement. The price was very reasonable and he scheduled the work for the next day. He arrived on time and completed the job as promised, cleaning the work area afterwards. He was courteous and answered any questions that I had.

I had scheduled an appointment with Mr.. Rooter plumber/technician for preventative maintenance to check internal and external sewer lines in my house. Technician was very knowledgeable and performed requested services thoroughly. He provided estimates for future services as well. Overall, the service was great and the technician completed all the work in reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone.
