  I didn't know I needed a new water heater until mine tripped the fuse, and when I reset it steam started coming out of the top! I called DNS upon recommendation and left a message. I got a return call very quickly, and that evening I had a new water heater. I really was quite surprised that they were able to provide service so quickly since it was just a day or two after the most recent big snow, and I figured they'd be swamped. Dan just said, yeah we're busy, but we're not going to leave you without hot water. As a senior with some of the usual health issues, I was truly grateful. Thanks, DNS,you set the bar!

  We noticed our water heater was shot in the morning, we called Dan and he had his crew out by the afternoon with the new water heater. Everything was so easy and now we have our hot water back! Thanks to you and your crew for being so awesome and professional!

  Very pleasant experience, and able to come out to address our emergency issue at 7:30pm on Christmas eve! We would definitely recommend his services, thanks again Dan for helping us so quickly.
