Sam S. Was fantastic! I called Mr. Rooter and they arrived the same day a few hours after I called. They were timely, prompt and have great communication. Sam S. was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and very personable. He explained in detail what was happening with the flange and seal on the toilet and walked us through where the toilet was leaking as well as the process to fix it. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Sam S. For anyone with plumbing issues!

We had to have a sump pump installed after noticing water in our crawl space. We had another company cancel on us twice before coming to these guys and I wish we had come to them first. Aji came out quickly and looped in his manager to make sure we got the right fix. They came up with a plan of action they would move forward with as soon as the weather cooperated. They gave us a quick solution that would hold us over until they could give us a permanent fix. As soon as the rain cleared they were out the next day to install. They were extremely quick and professional and even followed up with me same day when I had a few questions. Go to these guys first - they are amazing.

I was having major problems with my kitchen sink faucet. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to get someone out the next morning. The man that came was personable, professional, and listened to my description of the problem before checking it out for himself. He figured it out quickly and installed my new faucet and shut off valve perfectly. I like it when repairs go smoothly!
