Mark made calls on our behalf and ensured the appropriate people were lopped in on the situation, so that we could start moving toward a solution quickly.   Excellent and professional service. The young man removed the toilet, fixed the problem, and restored service promptly. Significantly, he maintained a clean work area, wore little red booties, and left the bathroom in a very sanitized condition. This company knows what they are doing; they do not charge a small fortune; and they guarantee their work.

  We asked for an estimate on moving a hot water heater from the attic to the garage and replacing it with a new heat pump water heater. The very young person sent out had never even heard of Rheem heat pump water heaters, didn't consider that they would need a condensate pipe in addition to other work, didn't even consider they would need both electrical and plumbing permits, wouldn't mask during a pandemic, and never did send us an estimate of the work. Poor service.
