  Bathfitter replaced our old bathtub and tile with a new acrylic bathtub/shower enclosure and new fixtures. It looks fabulous! Their staff has all been a pleasure to work with; Isaac in Sales, our installer whose name escapes me right now (sorry), Lisa in customer service and Vince who professionally fixed a few small issues we noticed after the installation. Quality product, knowledgeable staff, top notch customer service and a company that stands behind their product; can’t ask for more than that.

  We had an outstanding experience with this company from beginning to end. Omar Gutiérrez did our tub/shower installation, and he was amazing! He did a perfect, professional job, and was so friendly! The new bathroom looks amazing! I highly recommend Bath Fitter!

  After waiting 3 extra months they broke the original shower door they were installing I pitched a fit since I was left with a half glass wall that was held in place with cardboard They agreed to install anything I purchased at Lowes because they couldn’t give me a timeframe for a replacement I purchased a shower door which they did install which left 6 holes in the shower. The installers promised to send me plugs that would fill the holes the same weekend. After waiting 4 weeks I had to threaten them with a bad review and a lawsuit so they finally sent me 5 plugs for the 6 holes as of this date I have not received the final plug and they do not respond to phone messages or emails NOTE If you choose to use them do not pay in full until you are completely satisfied
