Wesley, Manager, Frank and Marcos worked as a team, were very cordial, respectful and considerate, explained every step plus cost of what needed to be done. They answered all our questions and kept us informed of the the process during the repair. They kept a tidy work area, used tarps. After they completed each project they cleaned and removed any and all debris/parts. Wesley, Frank, and Marcos thank you for having pride by your performance .... job well done! Would I refer Mr. ROOTER Yes I would...I am a Senior and I would recommend this trust worthy company. to all Seniors! Jessica, Receptionist, returned my desperate emergency call during a holiday within 30 minutes.

I spoke with Jessica on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. She kept me posted throughout the day about when to expect the technician to arrive. Ray, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the repair and he provided me with the cost up front. Great service!

We started with a simple back up and discovered a much worse damage to the main pipeline. They had all the equipment ready and what we thought would take forever, it only took 2 days. So far so good and glad I was able to use this company. Edit: Forgot to mention all the young men workers were surprisingly were very respectful and professional.
