Great service. I just had my water heater replacement done in Colton,Ca, first time using this company ,  very professional workman ship done by Lance. Absolutely I will be using Lancelot's for future work done in my home I highly recommend them. once again Lance thank you for a job well done👍

Owner has poor character and if something is ever a choice between quality and cost... the former is the one getting cut to benefit the latter. Its shameful, that he also doesn’t pay his employees enough ie. Minimum wage. You get what you pay for.

¡Terrible!  ¡Terrible! This Company Called  Lancelot's is has terrible service they have me waiting today from 12 noon to 2 pm and right now is 3 a hour later, and nobody have showed up and call me, I really don't recommend this company i am very upset my time is valuable and they never had call me to let me know if they're going to be late. I will give a zero to this company, very in responsible it seems like most of the Plumbers have a bad reputation of not showing up our not calling customers back. The only way i will remove this review is if this company compensate me for my lost valuable time

This is one of the best company's that I've dealt with in a very long time...Professional from beginng to end with reasonable prices! Luis was punctual, prompt, & very polite. We even received a text to confirm appointment time & a courtesy text when he was in route for my appointment. I will definitely use them again & refer to others!

I had a small sink that was clogged up.  It was so nice to be able to get an appointment on the same day as I called!  Chris and Casey did the repair in short order and were incredibly neat/clean.  There was no mess left behind.  But, they went above and beyond...Chris noted that the flag over my house was very worn/torn and offered to take it down and dispose of it properly!  I very much appreciated that.  I'll use this company again should I have need in the future.

Good employees but not enough of them, 8 days with no hot water, water heater will not be hooked up unless I buy a new one from them pretty much being forced to pay to get my hot water back on. Home energy insurance is the worst experience ever if u don’t buy from them u get no coverage. They didn’t care of elders living here that need hot water and didn’t pick up the trash they made. Bottom line if I don’t buy a new water heater which I don’t need they won’t connect the one I had. 👎🏼 Lancelot’s plumbing is the company they sent out.

Hello Ruben, first off let us apologize for the inconvenience, but let us also explain to you that you are not required to purchase a water heater. No one from this company, nor the home insurance company has stated that you need to purchase one, it was merely recommended. We have been trying to contact you for ten days to touch base with you regarding the water heater and whether you had decided to purchase a new one, or continue to use the old. We didn't reinstall the water heater, due to the wet concrete (the three foot slab) that was replaced due to the leak from the gas line. We will be out tomorrow to reinstall the water heater EXACTLY the way it was when we arrived, prior to repair of gas line.

Great service, keep their word as to when they will show up.  Mr Braum completed the job that another Plumbing company failed to do right.  Thank you.

Their truck just almost ran into me as I tried to pull aside for an ambulance, in the rain. He was driving like a maniac. Edit a month later...owner just responded to me stating how we discussed on phone, how as he explained on phone the driver was heavily reprimanded.  Funny, cause I could not get thru by phone and so NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE BY PHONE.  Which is why I posted here.
