  Provided quick service though a little outside of expected time window, explained problem well and didn’t lie just to try and get me to spend money. Told me what was needed or what could be skipped, really appreciated that. Will definitely use them again for plumbing services.

  They came to snake a clogged drain. Had trouble unclogging then finally said they fixed the issue so I paid them the 500 dollars to snake a pipe then fast forward 3-4 weeks I started noticing a terrible odor in my house so I searched everywhere couldn’t find it. Went under my house in the crawl space and the whole crawl space was flooded and moldy. Looked up and the pipe was disconnected and for the last 4 weeks I’ve been doing my dishes all the water has been draining out underneath my house.we’ve never had water under our house ever! I called to have them come fix the issue and they said they didn’t do that and I needed to pay more for them to fix it and we’re very rude when discussing options in which all of them included me giving them more money than the 500 I already paid them. Just had to pay another plumber 200 dollars to come fix there mistake and now have to call Servpro to come get rid of mold and water under my house. Never will call mr. Rooter again!
